Yesterday evening, Ioannis Mandafounis' new creation "Join" celebrated its world premiere in HELLERAU – European Centre for the Arts in Dresden. Together with 60 students from the Palucca University of Dance, the ensemble of the DFDC realized the attempt of dancers coming together at completely different points in their personal and professional trajectory.

After spending a long time working on the creation separately, the dancers of the DFDC and the students were excited to finally be able to rehearse together in the week prior to the premiere. The intensive work paid off and all the dancers were able to captivate the audience, so that there was still plenty of dancing at the subsequent premiere party.

"Join" will be shown in Dresden until 29.09.2024 and will finally celebrate its premiere in Frankfurt in October - don't miss it!
