From an independent dance scene to established dance institutions, between experimental performance, musical and ballet evening, Dresden stands for an innovative dance landscape. "Dresdance" will bring together their diversity.
The Semperoper Ballett, the dance ensemble of the Landesbühnen Sachsen, Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden, TanzNetzDresden, Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company, The Saxons, Katja Erfurth and the Staatsoperette Ballet are united in one evening under the roof of the Staatsoperette, where the boundaries between disciplines seem to be overcome per se and diversity is propagated. In this way, "Dresdance" not only symbolises the cohesion of our dance community, but also stands as a symbol for a future of (dance) togetherness.
